this one is for Grandma

I have started this post about 100 different ways already, so I am just going to type what I am feeling. I have thought so much the last few days about the impact grandma has had in my life. She is a perfect example of unconditional love. She was a constant support and listener in my life, always on my side. I loved to look up and see Grandma at my basketball games, I loved to stop in at her house for a Coke and some treats, I loved to call her on the phone to discuss our thoughts about American Idol or Deal or no Deal, and I loved to eat the amazing mashed potatoes she could make. It meant so much to me to see her come through the door of my hospital room just three weeks ago to see our new baby Sarah Evelyn. She supported me until the end. I am going to miss her so much, but I know that after 40 years the reunion with Grandpa Jack must have been an absolute joyous event, and I am thankful for that.
